EDUCATION AND TUTORING

Each day students have the opportunity to participate in "Ed Center" where they receive academic help and tutoring.  Our paid staff have backgrounds suitable for promoting a healthy social and educational environment at CGYC.

We also utilize local retired teachers, business owners, and community leaders to provide additional assistance as volunteers for students.

MEDIA & ARTS

Students can participate in traditional arts and media such as painting, dance, and drama.  CGYC also includes modern media such as online broadcast, live production, computer based broadcast programs, video and sound mixing, set and stage lighting, and post-production editing.

Gaffer Media, our youth film-making program, has also been incorporated into CGYC programming.  Gaffer media is best known for its full-feature movie, Two Steps From Hope, which was created by Jr. and Sr. High students right here in Adams County.
